Principal’s Welcome

As Principal of St. Bricin’s College, I am delighted to extend a warm welcome to you. Our school, located in the heart of West Cavan, is a vibrant and inclusive community where students and staff thrive together.

At St. Bricin’s College, we pride ourselves on being a multidenominational, co-educational secondary school under the patronage of the Education and Training Board (ETB). With 280 students and 47 dedicated staff members, we foster an environment that promotes academic excellence, personal growth, and mutual respect.

Our curriculum is designed to cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students, ensuring that each individual can achieve their full potential. From STEM programs to arts and sports, we offer a wide range of subjects and extracurricular activities, encouraging students to explore their passions and develop new skills.

At St. Bricin’s College, we believe that education is a collaborative effort. We value the partnership between home and school and encourage parents to actively participate in their children’s educational journey. Whether through parent-teacher meetings, school events, or volunteering opportunities, your engagement is crucial to our success.

We are proud of our students’ achievements, both academically and in their personal development. We believe in the importance of creating a supportive, inclusive and nurturing atmosphere where every student feels valued and empowered. Our committed staff work tirelessly to provide high-quality education and guidance, helping students to become confident, responsible, and well-rounded individuals. Together, we celebrate their successes and support them in overcoming challenges.
